Blob game: eat other blobs, become the biggest one
Looking for a blob game you can start in seconds? In CellGame.io you are a squishy blob in a marble arena, and every other blob is either lunch or danger. The game is loaded above, so press Play and see how big you can get.
Meet the blobs
Every player and bot is a jelly blob with a wobbly surface, a glowing core and, once you earn it, an emoji skin: a frog, a cat, a ghost, a robot and more. Bots have names like Chonk and Sir Eats-a-Lot, and the ones wearing pricier skins play better. Small blobs are quick and nimble. Big blobs are slow, but one touch is enough to swallow you.
Blob versus blob
To eat another blob you need to be about a quarter bigger. Press Space to launch half of yourself at a target, then let the halves merge back after a few seconds. Hold W to throw small bits of mass, which you can use to feed a teammate in a friends room or to push a virus into an enemy. Viruses are the green spiky balls: a big blob that hits one bursts into many small pieces, and the hunter becomes the hunted.
Special blobs and events
Every so often the arena throws a curve ball. During the Golden Blob event a crowned blob appears, and eating it is worth 150 bonus points. Food Rush covers the floor in golden pellets, and Virus Swarm makes the map far more dangerous. Power-up orbs give you speed, a shield, a magnet that pulls in food, or ghost mode, which lets you pass through viruses.
Play your way
Practice offline against bots, join an online arena with up to 12 players, or start a private room on the play with friends page. If you know the genre already, see why players are switching on our games like agar.io page.
