Play with friends: your private room is ready
This page opens CellGame.io in friends mode. A private room is created as soon as the page loads: copy the invite link in the panel above, send it to your friends and press Play with friends. That is all it takes.
How it works
- Open this page. The game makes a private room for you, with its own link.
- Press Copy and paste the link into your group chat, Discord or a text message.
- Press Play with friends. Everyone who opens the link lands in the same arena.
- After each game, use Beat my score to send a challenge link, or Copy room link to call more people in.
Made for groups
A private room holds up to 12 players, and bots fill the empty seats, so the arena is never empty while you wait for everyone. Play as a team by feeding each other mass with W, or make it every player for themselves. Rounds are quick, which makes it a good game for a class break, a Discord night or a family evening on phones and laptops.
Challenge a friend
Not everyone can play at the same time. When your game ends, the Beat my score button copies a link with your name and top mass. When your friend opens it, they see your score above the Play button, and when their own game ends, they see whether they beat you.
Fair for everyone
Everyone in a room plays in the same arena, run on our server, so a faster computer gives nobody an advantage. Skins only change how you look. There is no chat, names are kept short, and you can leave at any time with Esc. Looking for public games instead? Try the cell game online arena.

Do my friends need an account?
No. They open the link and play. No email, password or download is needed.
How many friends can join one room?
Up to 12 players can share a private room. Bots fill any seats nobody is using.
Can we mix phones and computers?
Yes. The same room works on phones, tablets, Chromebooks and desktop browsers.
Is it free?
Yes. Playing with friends is free with ads. A one-time $5 payment removes the ads.
